Return’s Policy
We strictly adhere to our return policy, which permits returns only when an incorrect item has been sent. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been opened or used
- The return request is due to delivery delays
- The customer changes their mind after purchasing
We are not responsible for packaging variations, updates, or design changes made by the manufacturer, provided that the item received is the correct product.
Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier, American Wholesale LLC is not liable for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
No refunds, returns, or credits will be issued for products that fail to meet platform-specific requirements (e.g., Amazon category limitations, ungating issues, or listing restrictions).
Customers are responsible for confirming product eligibility, listing compliance, and adherence to all platform policies before making a purchase. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, marketplace requirements (including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others), and any category restrictions when reselling goods purchased from American Wholesale LLC.
We strongly encourage all customers to conduct proper due diligence prior to placing an order, including verifying:
- Product authenticity and any applicable category restrictions
- Listing approval or brand authorization requirements
- Marketplace compliance rules
